Road Safety Program

Youngistaan Foundation is working on various projects concerning traffic and road safety issues. We are using a unified, community-centric strategy for sorting out the issues pertaining to the realm of road safety.

The On Road Campaigns are conducted at important crossings of cities that have 90 to 95 seconds of stoppage / waiting. These are done exclusively with college / university students. Through pantomime and voice over students emphasize use of quality helmets and seat belts while as many hold placards with related messages. The Group saves about 20 seconds to directly interact and check any lapse in the use of safety gears, stopping at the stop line etc.  About 6 such campaigns are organized with the help of students of colleges / universities and interns working with Youngistaan.
 The Youngistaan all campaigns are a good way to keep people alive to the issues of road safety and keep the volunteer spirit alive amongst  interns and volunteers.

We welcome volunteers. Youngistaan is a ‘philanthropy marketplace’ and does not work directly with the underprivileged. Youngistaan needs support in marketing, design, verification visits, and many other areas. Please write to us at info@youngistaan.org with the skill set that you have and let’s talk. If working on ground with the needy is what you are looking for, we recommend you contact one of the NGOs listed on our website.

Youngistaan has very high standards on credit card security to better protect the information you give us when you make the donation. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
