As we all know about Orkut. Orkut is powered by Google.com. So you can understand its too large. Many of didn’t think orkut is an social networking website i don’t know why they think like it. But i think its a most popular social networking website in India and in many other country. I had been using orkut sine 5 years and many other using since a long time. Orkut is an awesome website for us.

So coming back to the topic. Today i am going to write about How To Use Orkut. I know many of know this and many of didn’t. I’ve face many of people around me whom didn’t know how to send a scarp. So here we start.

So starting from the bottom. First we need an email address for accessing Orkut. You can use Yahoo, Msn, Gmail, Hotmail or any other email address for this. But i prefer to use Gmail account to access Orkut. If you don’t have an email address you can make it an gmail address from Gmail.com.

So if you use Gmail account for this, You can make your orkut direct via Gmail. Just need to visit orkut.com when you accessing your gmail account. And if you didn’t have an Gmail address then you can make your orkut account via www.orkut.com

Just need to fill an simple form. Where you need to fill your Full name, Last name, Password, Email address (e.g. myname@example.com. This will be your username and sign-in.), Word Verification and final step accept term and condition via clicking I Accept. Create my Account button.

So now you are on orkut.com, I mean you are accessing orkut.com. What you can do with orkut ? I think you can’t imagine how much there to do.

So here we start talking about what we can do in Orkut.

First we need to fill are profile and make it readable for everyone. And don’t forget to add an awesome display photo in your profile. It make a good impression on our profile visitors.

So now if you complete you profile then make some friends on Orkut. If you are new and you didn’t know anyone in this virtual world. Then you are not so new. There are many other likes you.

So first use search function to make anyone friend. Type anyone name and search it on orkut. Your search will show you many of profile where you can find anyone to add you as a friend.

Before adding i think you need to send him/her and pretty scrap with a good message. This make good effect on people. They will no gonna think that you are an spam.

So if you didn’t know to send an scrap, so whats new many are link you. I can teach and that’s why i am here.  For sanding an scrap you need to visit anyone profile then click on scraps link

and this link will throw you his/her scrap book. Now you need to write whatever you want to write and click on Post scrap button. Here is an snap.

So now you can send an scrap. hurreeeeeee !!.

Now you need to wait for an reply and if you didn’t want to wait then send anyone scrap again. I am sure some one will reply and you can start chatting with him/her.

So now if you want to add some in orkut. Just need to visit his/her profile. You will a left side bar where you can see  add as a friend link. Click that link, it will open another page. Where you need to write an short message for whom you want to add as a friend. Write and select a group where you want to place that person, As a friend, School friend or you can make it your group too. Now if you write an pretty short message and selected an group just click on send button and add them. What are you waiting you added someone recently. Now add someone else.
